Your Right to Delete Your Data

At Adrenaline App Dev, we respect your right to control your personal information. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to request data deletion and what happens when you do.

What Data Can Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will delete:

  • Your account information (username, email address, profile data)
  • User-generated content associated with your account
  • Usage data and analytics tied to your account
  • Device information and identifiers
  • Any other personal information we have collected about you

Data We May Retain

Even after you request deletion, we may retain certain information as required or permitted by law:

  • Transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes
  • Information needed to comply with legal obligations
  • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you personally
  • Backup copies for a limited time as part of our disaster recovery procedures

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: In-App Deletion

If the application supports it, you can delete your account directly from the app:

  1. Open the application
  2. Go to Settings or Account Settings
  3. Select "Delete Account" or "Delete My Data"
  4. Confirm your deletion request

Method 2: Email Request

To request data deletion via email, visit our Contact page for our email address.

When contacting us, please:

  1. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account
    • The name of the application(s) you're using
    • Any username or account identifier
    • A clear statement that you wish to delete your data

Method 3: Web Form

Visit our Contact page to submit your deletion request. Please include all the information listed in Method 2.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we need to verify your identity before processing your deletion request. We may:

  • Send a verification email to your registered email address
  • Request additional information to confirm your identity
  • Ask you to log into your account to verify ownership

Processing Timeline

Once we receive and verify your deletion request:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours
  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • Complete deletion will be processed within 30 days
  • You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

Consequences of Data Deletion

Please note that deleting your data will:

  • Permanently remove your account and all associated data
  • Prevent you from accessing any content or features tied to your account
  • Remove any in-app purchases or premium features (non-refundable)
  • Delete any saved progress or user-generated content
  • Cannot be undone - deletion is permanent

Alternative to Full Deletion

If you're concerned about privacy but don't want to delete everything, you may have other options:

  • Adjust your privacy settings within the app
  • Opt out of data collection for analytics or marketing
  • Request specific data corrections or updates
  • Temporarily deactivate your account

Third-Party Data

If you've connected your account with third-party services (such as social media login providers), you may need to separately request data deletion from those services. We can only delete the data stored on our systems.
